Easy location by the freeway. Courteous desk staff. Nice bathroom. Comfortable bed.
The bed had old, used sheets on it, complete with a dirty pair of ladies' socks kicked off by the last guest. The air conditioning would not stay on, so I was forced to open the window but...surprise!! No screen (summertime visit)--so lots of mosquitoes instantly. Promised Wi- Fi internet was not configured properly, and clerk did not know how to correct it.

Hotel is close to the highway.
Beds old, no mattress pads, blankets fraying, tv worked after getting help from front desk, one lamp completely not functional, dirty corridor. Breakfast consists of either an English muffin or a bagel, with coffee. Nothing else. Upon checkout and reiterating the problems, we were told to write the supervisor and we might get a discount on our next stay. We should have been given a discount on the current stay.

Room and specifically the bathroom were not clean. Paint spots on furniture.

Filthy rooms, broken furniture, non-smoking rooms were smokey, most disgusting were the "yellow towels with brown grime", literally looked as though they had not been washed in between customers, filthy carpeting and bedspreads. According to the management we had the best suites. This hotel should not even be recommended to anyone. It was so dirty we slept in our clothes. We stayed there because there was no availability of rooms in the area at the time we we were there. We were two couples and had two rooms, both the same. I normally don't write negative reviews, but this place was truly disgusting.

there are Denny's and Dunky Donuts near the inn.
The room is not clean. Bed was old, shabby and we even found hairs on the pillow! I dont know if they really changed the pillow case before. And the room is also smelling. one thing good is the shower water is not as bad as the other things.

The location is also great for checking out things like the Palace Theater and all the fun activities around town.
My kids wished for better food options nearby.

It was just an ideal choice for a fleeting trip in East Syracuse with real value for money. The room was pretty dingy, but the shower, despite being clogged, did have decent water pressure. Be careful with where you park. The area isn't very safe at night.

It had a room available where as others in the area were booked solid for our date needed. Cost was in line what we could spend. Had stayed there when working in the area when the JMI opened many yrs ago at this location.
Smoking allowed on the 1st floor and it raises throughout the entire building. Towels in our room smelled of tabacco smoke. noticed a menthol cig.butt under the bed nearest to the door in room 262. extremely difficult to to get my wheel chair bound wife up the stairs to the second floor.-- The lady that checked us in was going to ask a 1st floor to exchange her HC room with us. but we declined as it was a smoking room. As we are now retired and travel we will have to pass on returning here due to your smoking policies. The curtains were falling of the curtain rods. Many hooks missing on the curtains. Trash in the hallways-dirty towels, trash cans, plastic bags full

We truly enjoyed newly remodelled and beautifully maintained room with a microwave and fridge and genuinely helpful staff. There were facilities such as central heating and an iron. The atmosphere created was family!
